Important Update 1: ATPL & Examination Mode Clarification

As per recent DGCA notifications related to the DGCA Examination Calendar 2026, the following clarifications are issued:

  • ATPL candidates may apply through both OLODE and Regular Examination Sessions.
  • RTR (Restricted) License Examination PART 1 applications are permitted now permitted through the Regular Examination account as well as OLODE session. where as Part 2 exams are on appointment basis via eGCA portal.

Candidates must carefully ensure correct mode selection while applying on the DGCA Pariksha Portal. Incorrect mode selection may lead to application rejection or procedural delays.


Important Update 2: Auto Profile Upgrade – CPL to ATPL

(Effective 02 February 2026)

In a significant procedural advancement, DGCA has introduced the Auto Profile Update from CPL to ATPL category for eligible Flight Crew candidates through the Pariksha Portal.

  • Aadhaar details must exactly match DigiLocker records
